2026 Pavilion Rental Policy during Pool Hours
- Only WARA Pool Stockholder members may rent the pavilion. Reservations must be made five (5) days prior to the function date and sign a rental policy contract agreement. Rental fee during pool hours is $100.00 and includes a maximum of 15 guests. The fee must be paid when contract is signed prior to the party.
- Pavilion may only be rented during the hours of 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. The pavilion may only be rented for a 2-hour time slot and includes a maximum of 15 guests.
- Stockholder member must be present at all times during the function.
- Stockholder members and their guests must follow all Pool Rules and Regulations at all times.
- Stockholder member is responsible for any damage to pool and/or surrounding area.
- Any party over 15 guests must rent after hours.
After Hours Pool Rental Policy
- Only WARA Pool Stockholder members may rent the pool after hours. Reservations must be made two (2) weeks prior to the function date and sign a rental policy contract agreement.
- 2026 Rental fee rates are from 8 pm – 11 pm:
– $200 includes 2 lifeguards up to 50 guests
– $380 includes 3 lifeguards up to 75 guests
– $440 includes 4 lifeguards with a maximum of 100 guests
- Rental hours are from 8:00 pm -11:00 pm. Stockholder Member and guests are responsible for all clean-up and must leave pool gate by 11:30 pm.
- Stockholder member must be present at all times during the function.
- Stockholder member and their guests must follow all Pool Rules and Regulations at all times.
- Stockholder member is responsible for any damage to pool and/or surrounding area.
